Neat and clean shopping complex where, after walking in from the unassuming entrance a few minutes’ walk from the Annette Kellerman Aquatic Centre, I discovered the largest Woolworths I’ve seen so far in Sydney, a Coles, an Aldi, a Panetta Mercato, all in one place, and several eateries and shops including Specsavers, OPSM, Kmart, Flight Centre, NRMA, Service NSW, etc and some banks, jewellery stores and a food court - neat, clean and spread out in one low rise complex.

Marrickville Metro is a one-floor shopping centre that you can walk across in a single straight line, and consists of two buildings that stretch over a street, which makes the metro bike and pedestrian friendly to enter through. The Food Court doesn't have many options, but there are high chairs and a tap in the Foodcourt for washing food, drinking water and washing your hands. The second building does have a second floor, so do take note, as there's a Coles up there.

I love this place. It’s got everything I need and quite a few things I don’t lol. And it’s not so big you’re spun about like other malls. Plus EV charging in the new building car park

Big centre with a quaint village feel. All the major grocery stores plus kmart and boutiques. Plenty of options s for Coffee and takeaway or even eat in by yourself, with friends or the fam. A top notch local shopping district. Oh, and don't forget service nsw.

Busy centre with plenty variety in retail shopping and ample free parking. New section has opened in Smidmore Street and its spacious with great atmosphere with some great new food places added to the centre, just a short walk out of the main building. Can be a bit confusing in there to find your way around if you're new in the place, but most centres are just like that. Somewhat decieving in size but a great haunt for the locals to shop in. It has just about everything needed with modern upgrades done to it.

A really nice addition to the previous shopping area. It has a wide variety to shops and restaurants to cater to the different taste buds and foodie. Design of the new wing has a nice clean modern fresh look. Parents/baby changing room is amazing! Very kids and baby friendly with lots of options for foodies. Will definitely be back.

One of my favourite shopping centres in Sydney. It has a nice community vibe. A lot of eateries available in the old factory building. It has specialised food shops(meat, fish, Asian ... you name it) that makes it really diverse and you can indulge yourself. And no limit in parking time which is super convenient

The Marrickville Metro that I see now is a great place for all to go shopping eating mingling in a multicultural setting and I grew up playing in the old factory that was here when I was a child so it resonates with me so much and the old Rocket up the road at Enmore park must be at least 40 years old since I was playing in them.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I would like to sincerely thank the team at Marrickville Metro for their kindness, professionalism, and care. After a hectic and stressful day, I realised I had lost my iPhone while visiting the centre. Naturally, I was quite anxious, but I used the Find My iPhone app and saw that the phone was still located within Marrickville Metro. I returned to the shopping centre feeling worried and hoping for the best. Thanks to the honesty of the person who handed it in and the assistance of the centre management team, my phone was safely returned to me. The staff were friendly, understanding, and genuinely helpful throughout the process. Their support turned what could have been a very upsetting experience into a positive one. It's reassuring to know there are still people and organisations that care about their customers and go the extra mile to help. Thank you again to everyone involved – your assistance was greatly appreciated and I am incredibly grateful. Highly recommended shopping centre with outstanding customer service.

There are alot of shops here! There are some great fast food options. I wish I'd been hungry! Ill definitely come here again.
